10 apprentices have recently joined eps to undertake apprenticeships in heating & ventilating, plumbing and plastering. The apprentices attend college one day a week to gain a technical certificate in their chosen field and work the rest of the week on site for hands on experience so they can complete their NVQ qualification.

Apprenticeships are an important part of the eps training and development scheme and this year we are especially pleased to welcome 2 female apprentice plumbers.  As eps is sponsoring the Worshipful Company of Plumbers float in this year’s Lords Mayor’s show, the 10 apprentices will be accompanying the float in the procession.
