PDAs Drive Improved Efficiencies

The eps domestic energy division employs 35 corgi engineers who perform approximately 300 jobs per day across the South East. By introducing the 'cognito' hand held PDA, efficiency levels have improved considerably.

The PDA is combined with the existing eps service management software to offer a seamless real time project managment system. This integration has saved valuable time throughout each working day and enabled domestic energy to schedule an extra customer visit per day which is a big boost to productivity.

Clients including SLFHA (South London Family Housing Association) and Tower Hamlets Homes are seeing current annual servicing completion levels of 100% and 99.42% respectively.
